The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms were not as expected, small and not very clean, with a disappointing view of the bar instead of the advertised water and dunes. However, the staff provided friendly and helpful service. The location was exceptional with beautiful views, though some aspects were underwhelming. The dining was good despite minor flaws, and there were some positive aspects to the facilities.
